avory rice dish fusing together African, Spanish, and French influences, Chicken, Shrinp, Sausage and vegetables mixed with rice and spices.
2nd Course - Muffuletta Salad
Salad topped with meats, cheeses, and olives.
3rd Course - Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese, which melt and emulsify to form a rich cheese sauce coating the pasta topped with blackened chicken
4th Course: King Cake
Traditional New orleans Creole galette ` a small baby, symbolizing Jesus, is hidden in the king cake and symbolizes luck and prosperity to whoever finds it. If you get the baby you win a local Prize. Gluten free optionavailable. request at ticket order.

Surf markets new sparkling wine will be served with dinner. All other beverages will be available for purchase.
